Getting Support with Lookout

Whether you're just getting started or deep into your team workflow, we're here to help—no ticket numbers, no bots, just real humans ready to jump in.

Standard Support (Starter Plan)
If you're on the Starter Plan, you’ll get responsive help via our dedicated Slack channel, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Most questions are answered within 2 hours during business hours, and we guarantee a response by end of day. We keep things simple and conversational, Slack lets us solve problems together in real time. If you message us after hours, we’ll follow up by noon the next business day.

Priority Support (Team Plan)
Team Plan members get faster responses and deeper support. During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), we typically respond within minutes, and always within 30 minutes. You’ll work directly with support specialists who understand complex team workflows. We also provide limited after-hours monitoring: if something comes up outside of business hours, we’ll follow up within 4 hours or first thing the next morning.
