Quick Start

Get up and running in minutes

Welcome Aboard!

Welcome to Lookoutt! This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started and help you begin addressing your team's most pressing collaboration challenges.

Sign up and create your account

  1. Visit the Lookoutt website and click Get Started.

  2. Enter your first name, email address, and create a password.

  3. Choose your plan and complete checkout.

  4. Fill in your job title, company name, and create your team name, then click Finish to set up your account.

Invite your team

  1. From the Settings page, click Team.

  2. Enter the first name and the email address of the team member you want to invite.

  3. Assign a role from the dropdown menu. In most cases, Collaborator is appropriate for a team member.

  4. Click Send Invite.

  5. You can repeat this process to invite additional team members.

Answer The Signal

  1. Each day, you and your teammates will receive a Signal question in your inbox.

  2. Answer the question honestly and thoughtfully, then click Submit.

  3. Your responses are anonymous to encourage openness and transparency.

View Observation and your Path

  1. At the end of your 30-day cycle, Lookoutt will identify your team’s key challenge, called an Observation.

  2. To take action on your Observation, choose at least one recommended action from your Path.

  3. Collaborate with your team to implement these actions and address the challenge.

Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive a Signal? Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Having trouble signing in? Reset your password from the login page.

  • Need further support? Visit our Help Center or contact support at help@lookoutt.io

Next Steps

  • Next, explore additional features like Vantage and review your Settings.

  • Schedule a team check-in to discuss your Observation and choose actions from your Path to implement with your team.
