How Lookoutt works
Lookoutt is an AI-powered organizational performance application that helps teams uncover hidden obstacles, solve the right problem at the right time, and optimize how they communicate, collaborate and deliver.
Lookoutt's features allow you to identify and solve your team's most important challenge. Based on the GRPI framework, 50 years of academic research, statistical analysis, and over 40 activities, Lookoutt ensures that teams have awareness and alignment of their problems and clear actions they can take to overcome them.
Lookoutt supports teams and organizations with dashboards and metrics, providing visibility for individuals, teams, and companies, without sacrificing data privacy and security.
Lookoutt lifecycle
Each weekday you'll answer one question, called the Signal.
After one month, called a Cycle, you'll receive an Observation of your team's most pressing challenge.
You'll review the Observation and, using the Path, choose one action to address your challenge.
You'll use the Vantage dashboard to review metrics and data for you, your team, and all teams
You'll repeat the Cycle to receive your next Observation.
